Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead

Company: Spar Group

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $52,000 for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” position in Lansing, MI translates to approximately $25 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. This figure generally appears to be on the lower end for similar roles in the construction and retail sectors, which often require specialized skills and managerial responsibilities. According to salary data from online platforms, median hourly wages for similar positions typically range from $28 to $35 per hour in comparable markets. Therefore, while the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may not align with industry standards for experienced professionals, suggesting that it could be less competitive within the local market for skilled labor in remodeling and resets.
