Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead

Company: Spar Group

Location: Springport, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: To determine the competitiveness of a $52,000 annual salary for the “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” position in Springport, MI, we first convert this to an hourly rate, which is approximately $25 per hour (assuming full-time hours). This salary appears somewhat below the national average for similar roles in retail project management or remodeling positions, which can range from $30,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience, responsibility, and company size, with most estimates clustering around $50,000 to $60,000. In Michigan specifically, while cost of living adjustments can affect specific salary expectations, the rate may still be on the lower end for a senior lead position, suggesting it could be less competitive within the industry. Overall, while it may be acceptable for entry-level roles or less demanding positions, the compensation for a senior lead role may need to be reevaluated to better align with industry standards and local expectations.
