Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting residents with care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
– Encouraging resident engagement within the community

– Monitoring and assessing changes in resident conditions, and promptly communicating any concerns to a supervisor
– Completing all necessary documentation and charting
– Engaging professionally with families, support services, and colleagues
– Adhering to safety and health protocols, including infection control procedures
– Supporting team members in their responsibilities
– Executing additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Experience working with the elderly is preferred
– Ability to pass a criminal background check
– Must be at least 18 years old
