Job Title: Resident Aide

Company: Alger Heights

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $16.85 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.85 for a Resident Aide in Wyoming, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be below the industry standard. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar roles, which typically involve providing assistance to residents in group homes or assisted living facilities, generally ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, regional cost of living considerations indicate that while this wage might be viable, it may not attract a sufficient number of qualified applicants in a tight labor market, particularly considering the critical nature of caregiving roles. Therefore, while this rate is in the ballpark, increasing it slightly could enhance competitiveness and attract better talent.
