Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide
Company: Homestead
Location: Flint, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Resident Aide in Flint, MI, appears to be somewhat below the typical market standards for similar roles, which often range from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job requirements. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job market reports, entry-level positions in this field often start around $14 to $17, with more experienced aides earning up to $20 or more, particularly in areas with higher living costs or specialized care needs. Given these factors, while $15 is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not fully align with industry expectations in Flint and could potentially lead to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified candidates.
