Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide
Company: Linden Square Assisted Living Center
Location: Saline, MI
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a “Resident Aide” position in Saline, MI, is generally at the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards, which tend to range from $16 to $20 per hour nationally, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the employer. In Michigan, particularly in areas with a higher cost of living or increased demand for care-related roles, wages can also exceed this range. While this pay rate may appeal to entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time positions, it may not attract experienced aides, potentially leading to challenges in staffing and retention. Overall, this compensation might be considered competitive for less experienced workers but may require adjustment to remain appealing and equitable in a tighter labor market.
