Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide
Company: Linden Square Assisted Living Center
Location: Saline, MI
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $18 for a Resident Aide position in Saline, MI, is generally at the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region and across the U.S., where rates typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, certifications, and specific duties. However, it falls short of more competitive salaries seen in higher-demand areas or specialized care settings. Given the cost of living in Michigan, this wage may be considered acceptable for entry-level positions but might not attract skilled candidates seeking better compensation. Thus, while it is relatively aligned with industry standards, it may not be competitive enough to draw quality talent, especially in a tight labor market.
