Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Sterling Heights, MI, is generally below the industry standard. As of 2023, the average pay for similar roles in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. The cost of living in Sterling Heights supports this range, making the $15 rate relatively uncompetitive for attracting skilled professionals, particularly given the increasing demand for healthcare support roles. Therefore, to align more closely with industry standards and retain talent, the pay may need to be adjusted upwards.
