Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Clinton Township, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Clinton Township, MI, is somewhat below the average for similar roles in the healthcare sector. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for certified nursing assistants and medication technicians in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20, with some positions paying higher based on experience, qualifications, and the specific healthcare facility. While $15 may be somewhat competitive for entry-level roles or in areas with lower living costs, it may not attract experienced individuals or reflect the increased demand for healthcare workers. Overall, this wage could limit recruitment and retention efforts for such positions in the area.
