Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Mount Clemens, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Resident Aide/Med Tech in Mount Clemens, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. Typically, salaries can range from about $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the employer. In Michigan, especially in areas like Mount Clemens, the average pay for similar positions may lean towards the higher end, particularly given the demanding nature of caregiving roles and the increasing cost of living. Therefore, while $15 per hour may be competitive for entry-level positions, it could be considered less attractive for experienced candidates, suggesting that employers may need to offer more to attract and retain qualified staff in this critical sector.
