Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Fraser, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Fraser, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the typical compensation range for similar roles in the region. As of 2023, positions in senior care typically offer wages between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, with Med Tech roles often commanding higher pay due to the additional responsibilities associated with medication administration. Considering factors such as cost of living in Michigan and the increasing demand for healthcare workers, a $15 hourly rate may not be highly competitive and could reflect challenges in attracting skilled workers to this role. Thus, it may be beneficial for employers to consider adjusting compensation to align more closely with industry standards to ensure they can attract and retain qualified staff.
