Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Wayne, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” role in Wayne, MI, is generally below the national averages for similar positions, which often range from $16 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, wages for this type of role can vary, but many facilities offer competitive pay closer to the $16-$18 range or higher, particularly when considering additional certifications or responsibilities related to medication administration. Therefore, while $15 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions or organizations with budget constraints, it does not align well with industry standards and could impact recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
