Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: In Sterling Heights, MI, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” role appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. While entry-level positions in similar roles may start around this figure, more experienced professionals or those with specific certifications typically earn between $17 to $22 per hour or more, depending on the employer and facility type. Additionally, taking into account the rising cost of living and demand for healthcare workers, especially in roles that involve patient care and medication administration, a $15 hourly wage may not be considered competitive for attracting and retaining qualified staff in this area.
