Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Mount Clemens, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Mount Clemens, MI, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles in the healthcare and assisted living sectors. As of 2023, median pay for a Resident Aide typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities, with many positions in Michigan offering higher compensation in urban areas. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in regions with lower living costs, it may not align well with industry standards, particularly for roles requiring specialized medical training or certifications, which could warrant higher pay to attract and retain qualified personnel in a competitive job market.
