Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Wayne, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. According to various industry standards and salary surveys for similar positions in healthcare, especially in states like Michigan, rates typically range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the specific employer. Factors such as demand for healthcare workers, local cost of living, and competition among employers also influence these rates. Therefore, while $15/hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions or those with minimal experience, more experienced aides or those with specialized training may expect higher compensation.
