Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Westland, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Resident Aide/Med Tech in Westland, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. According to various salary surveys and job postings, the average pay for Resident Aides and Med Techs typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with some positions offering upwards of $20 depending on experience and certifications. Factors such as the local cost of living, demand for healthcare support roles, and specific duties associated with the position also influence competitiveness. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or those seeking long-term career growth in the field, indicating a potential need for adjustment to remain competitive in hiring.
