Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Westland, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” role in Westland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various sources, the average hourly wage for similar positions in the region generally ranges from approximately $15 to $20, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific duties involved. While entry-level positions might start around $15, more experienced workers or those with additional certifications can command higher pay. Therefore, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level roles, it may not offer a competitive salary, particularly for those with more experience or specialized skills in a healthcare or residential setting.
