Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate companionship to residents while assisting with daily activities, including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Administer medications and injections to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders as documented in medical charts.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, which may incorporate light housekeeping duties.
• Adhere to safety and health standards, including stringent infection control practices.
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report any observations to the supervising staff.
• Follow established schedules to assist residents with repositioning as needed.
• Accurately document medication administration in compliance with established procedures.
• Utilize sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
• Collaborate with team members, assisting with their duties as necessary.
• Respond promptly to call lights and assess residents’ needs effectively.
• Assist residents with meals, including obtaining meal trays and providing support during dining.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
