Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Wayne, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. According to various sources, the typical pay for resident aides and medical technicians in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for healthcare support roles, and the specifics of the job responsibilities can affect pay. Given this context, $15 per hour may attract candidates but could struggle to retain them in a competitive job market, especially considering potential benefits and alternative employment options in the area.
