Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Wayne, MI, is below the industry standard for similar roles in the region. Generally, wages for these positions can range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as the cost of living in Wayne, as well as demand for healthcare support roles, suggest that while $15 might be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or align with the expectations of those in the field. Therefore, offering $15 could lead to challenges in recruitment and retention of qualified staff.
