Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Sterling Heights, MI, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $16 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, the average pay for medical technicians and aides can vary significantly based on the facility and location, but many employers offer wages closer to $16-$20 per hour to remain competitive. Given the rising cost of living and demand for healthcare workers, particularly in supportive residential roles, the $15 per hour rate is likely to be considered low, potentially making it challenging to attract and retain qualified candidates in the area.
