Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate companionship and assist residents with daily activities, including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Administer medications and injections in accordance with physician orders documented in medical charts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
- Adhere to stringent safety and health standards, including rigorous infection control procedures.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established schedules to assist residents with repositioning as needed.
- Document medication administration accurately, following established procedures.
- Exercise sound judgment in providing care to ensure resident safety.
- Support fellow team members with their responsibilities as required.
- Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs in a timely manner.
- Assist with meal trays and help residents during mealtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
