Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate companionship and assist residents with daily activities, including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Administer medications and injections in accordance with physician orders documented in medical charts.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
  • Adhere to stringent safety and health standards, including rigorous infection control procedures.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established schedules to assist residents with repositioning as needed.
  • Document medication administration accurately, following established procedures.
  • Exercise sound judgment in providing care to ensure resident safety.
  • Support fellow team members with their responsibilities as required.
  • Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs in a timely manner.
  • Assist with meal trays and help residents during mealtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
