Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Resident Aide/Med Tech position in Clinton Township, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this type of role. As of late 2023, salaries for similar positions in Michigan typically range between $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local demand for healthcare assistants and wage trends in the area could influence this rate, but overall, the $15 per hour rate may struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates given the increasing cost of living and the competitive landscape in the healthcare sector.
