Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Westland, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Westland, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role in the region. Given the responsibilities associated with resident aides and medication technicians, which often require certification and involve direct patient care, wages typically range from $16 to $20 per hour or more, depending on experience and the specific demands of the job. Additionally, wages in Michigan have been rising to address labor shortages in healthcare, further indicating that $15 may not attract qualified candidates. Overall, this rate may hinder the recruitment of skilled professionals and does not align well with current industry standards in Westland, MI.
