Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Westland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles. According to various salary data sources, wages for resident aides and related positions in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as cost of living and demand for healthcare workers in the area may affect competitiveness. Overall, while $15 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not adequately attract or retain qualified candidates in a competitive job market.
