Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech
Company: Homestead Health Care Services
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” in Warren, MI, is generally below the industry standards for similar roles in the healthcare and senior living sectors. As of 2023, the typical pay for such positions often ranges between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and additional certifications. While entry-level positions might start closer to $15, workers with certifications in medication management or additional experience usually command higher wages. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Michigan, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract and retain qualified personnel in a field that is increasingly demanding skilled labor.
