Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Waterford, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” position in Waterford, MI, appears to be below the industry standards for similar roles in the region. Typically, wages for such positions, which often include responsibilities related to personal care and medication management in residential or assisted living settings, tend to range between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Furthermore, with factors like cost of living and demand for healthcare workers in mind, the proposed rate may be viewed as less competitive, potentially impacting recruitment and retention of qualified candidates. Therefore, considering these elements, the rate may need to be adjusted to attract talent effectively.
