Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a Resident Aide/MedTech position in Pontiac, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard, especially given the responsibilities associated with such roles, which often include personal care, medication management, and support for residents’ daily activities. As of 2023, the average pay for similar positions in Michigan typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and the specific healthcare setting. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in regions with lower living costs, it may not attract experienced candidates or those seeking higher pay, reflecting potential challenges in workforce recruitment and retention in the area.
