AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” role in Rochester Hills, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard, particularly for similar positions in the healthcare and caregiving sectors. According to various salary data sources and job postings, the average hourly wage for Resident Aides and MedTechs can range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities.
