Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Pontiac, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” in Pontiac, MI, is generally below the competitive standard for similar positions, especially considering the rising costs of living and the increasing demand for healthcare and support staff. Typical wages for roles involving direct patient care and medication administration typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. Therefore, while $16 may apply to entry-level positions or less demanding roles, it might not be attractive enough to retain qualified personnel in a competitive job market.
