Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech

Company: Homestead

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” position in Rochester Hills, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which often range from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Factors influencing this include the cost of living in the area, which is moderate, as well as demand for healthcare support staff. While entry-level positions might start around $15 per hour, higher compensation is typically offered for those with more experience or specialized certifications. Therefore, while $16 may be competitive for entry-level roles, it may not attract seasoned professionals or align with the expectations for more qualified candidates.
