Job Description
Job Title: Resident Aide/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a “Resident Aide/MedTech” in Pontiac, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum. While wages can vary widely based on experience, employer, and specific job responsibilities, typical rates for similar roles in the healthcare support field often range from $15 to $22 per hour. Factors such as local cost of living and demand for healthcare workers in the area can also influence wage competitiveness. Overall, while $16 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not effectively attract more experienced candidates or align with industry standards, particularly in a growing healthcare market.
