AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.5 to $18.25 for a “Resident Aide: Second and Third Shift” position in Hudsonville, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. According to data from various job market resources, Resident Aides typically earn between $16 and $20 an hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific duties. While the offered pay is competitive within some lower-paying segments, it may not attract candidates looking for more robust compensation in a role that often involves significant responsibility in caring for residents.
