AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.50 to $18.25 for a “Resident Aide: Second and Third Shift” role in Hudsonville, MI is relatively competitive but may vary within the context of the local market and the specific duties of the position. According to recent data, residential aides typically earn between $14 and $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and employer specifics. Given this range, the offered pay aligns well with industry standards, particularly for shifts that may involve less desirable hours. However, considering the increasing cost of living and wage expectations, especially with the rising demand for caregivers, employers may find it beneficial to offer higher compensation or additional incentives to attract and retain staff in this field.
