Resident Assistant/Lead Resident Assistant/Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Nurse Aide/Resident Aide

Position Summary:
The Resident Assistant/Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Nurse Aide/Resident Aide is responsible for overseeing daily shift activities while collaborating with staff across various buildings on campus. This role involves providing residents with personal care and supporting them in activities of daily living as per their individual care plans and medical directives. The incumbent will work in close partnership with team members to ensure exceptional service is delivered to residents and their families.

Qualifications and Required Experience:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Ability to operate independently while also being an effective team player.
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
