Briarfield Health Care Centers is currently seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Shower Aide to join our team at The Inn at Old Saybrook in Columbiana, Ohio. Responsibilities of the Resident Assistant/Shower Aide include:
– Primarily providing shower assistance throughout the shift.
– Responding to signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to assess residents’ needs.
– Assisting residents with specific activities of daily living.
– Providing assistance with residents’ laundry as needed.
– Completing light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
– Performing additional related tasks as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:
– A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; alternatively, one to three months of related experience and/or training may be considered, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Must possess current First Aid Certification or obtain it within 60 days of hire.
