AI Pay Analysis: To assess whether the hourly rate for the “Resident Caregiver – Memory Care – Part-time – Days” role in Livonia, MI is competitive and aligns with industry standards, it’s essential to consider factors such as local cost of living, demand for caregivers, and prevailing wages in the region. As of late 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan generally range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the employer’s organizational type. Roles focused on memory care often command higher wages due to the specialized skills required. Therefore, if the offered rate falls within or above this range, particularly reflecting the training and responsibilities involved in memory care, it would be considered competitive. However, if it is significantly below this range, it may not attract quality candidates, especially given the current emphasis on healthcare workforce demands. For a precise evaluation, it would be important to compare the specific hourly rate to these benchmarks.
