Job Description
Job Title: Resident Lifestyle Specialist- Hamilton Ohio
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Hamilton, OH
Pay: $16 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for the role of “Resident Lifestyle Specialist” in Hamilton, Ohio, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, especially given the responsibilities typically associated with lifestyle positions in residential or community settings, which may involve planning activities, engaging with residents, and ensuring quality of life. According to data as of late 2023, similar roles in comparable regions often offer hourly wages between $18 and $25, reflecting the demand for skilled professionals who contribute to resident satisfaction and community engagement. Therefore, while the offered rate may attract candidates, it may not be competitive enough to secure higher-quality applicants or retain talent in an increasingly tight labor market.
