Position Summary
- Housekeeping: Execute cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing patient rooms and common areas. Dispose of waste and perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols while utilizing protective gear, ensure proper mixing and application of cleaning solutions, and report any equipment needs to supervisors promptly. Maintain infection control standards and adhere to proper hygiene procedures.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Complete cleaning assignments according to schedule and respond promptly to paging systems.
- Customer Experience: Uphold HCSG’s reputation by cooperating respectfully with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
- Resident Experience: Ensure positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests, demonstrating kindness and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Display a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions while performing routine tasks consistently.
- After completing training, demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage responsibilities independently, ensuring safety for yourself and others.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality is essential.

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and engage in prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
