Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
  • Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Execute all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating with residents, administrative staff, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to work in close proximity to cleaning products.
  • Competent in following oral and written instructions and performing routine, repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
