Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to proper cleaning and sanitation protocols for all areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, and push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, with the ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.

Residency within the service area is mandatory.
