Responsibilities

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, which encompass cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas by adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, while promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control measures and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with residents, administrative personnel, and HCSG leadership while performing daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Capability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously is required.
  • Comfort working with cleaning products is essential.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions diligently.
  • Residency within the service area is mandatory.
