Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, as well as push or pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Competency in following oral and written instructions and performing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
