Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and consistently perform assigned tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
