Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation protocols while following safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with residents, administrative personnel, and HCSG leadership to complete daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds and push or pull similar weights; must be able to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
  • Ability to work in proximity to cleaning products.
  • Proficiency in following both oral and written instructions and performing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
