Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed rigorously in line with established safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds; must be capable of standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
