Position Summary
- Housekeeping: Execute cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, patient room furniture, and communal areas. Responsible for trash removal and completing other assigned tasks.
- Safety: Use protective gear appropriately and responsibly mix and use cleaning solutions while adhering to safety guidelines. Report equipment and cleaning product needs promptly.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and complete assigned tasks on schedule while responding to communication in a timely manner.
- Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively by following directives and cooperating courteously with co-workers and clients.
- Resident Interaction: Engage with residents, staff, and guests in a positive and tactful manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks consistently.
- Utilize leadership skills to carry out responsibilities autonomously after completing all necessary training.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain punctuality.
