Job Title: Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator

Company: TruGreen

Location: Springboro, OH

Pay: $1200 per week

AI Pay Analysis: To calculate the hourly rate for a weekly pay of $1200, we first assume a standard full-time workweek of 40 hours, which yields an hourly rate of $30. Given the role of “Residential Lawn Specialist/Aerator” in Springboro, OH, this rate appears competitive. Industry averages for similar positions in lawn care and maintenance typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. However, specialized skills—such as aeration—can command higher rates, especially in competitive markets. Therefore, while $30 per hour is above the average for basic lawn care, it aligns well with the specialized nature of the role and the geographical location, indicating a competitive pay for a skilled position in that area.
