Job Title: Residential Support Specialist – Part time
Company: Avalon
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $16.85 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $16.85 for a “Residential Support Specialist – Part Time” position in Ann Arbor, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region. According to various job market resources, the average hourly rate for residential support specialists typically ranges from $17 to $20, depending on experience and specific duties. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Ann Arbor, which is relatively high, this rate may be less competitive, potentially making it challenging to attract and retain qualified candidates. Therefore, while it may be suitable for entry-level positions, it does not align with the prevailing industry standards for more experienced professionals in this field.
