Job description:
The Resilience Coach plays a pivotal role in the implementation of the Resilient School Project and associated services. This position is responsible for delivering coaching and training on trauma-informed, resilience-focused practices to school administrators, educators, paraprofessionals, and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Exemplify a thorough understanding of Starr Commonwealth’s mission and core values, consistently aligning actions with its principles of recognizing greatness, fostering courage, promoting health, encouraging healing, and embracing unity.
- Achieve or surpass organizational performance standards and desired outcomes.
- Comprehend the principles of strength-based treatment, core values, and treatment modalities of Starr Commonwealth when engaging with youth and families.
- Provide continuous observation and coaching to school administration and staff, enhancing their ability to faithfully implement trauma-informed, resilience-focused practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between school leadership, Starr Commonwealth, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed contractual agreement standards.
- Deliver training and coaching at assigned sites to implement evidence-informed, trauma-informed, resilience-focused practices.
- Fulfill or surpass targeted training volume standards, service levels, and budgetary goals, focusing on both revenue and margin.
- Clearly communicate contracted services to stakeholders to ensure understanding of the trauma-informed, resilience-focused implementation plan.
- Deliver services to schools and other contracted clients within the parameters defined by the contract.
- Collect data and maintain coaching logs in accordance with standards established by Starr Commonwealth leadership.
- Provide superior customer service to all clients, both internal and external.
- As programs develop, ensure that all marketing strategies and materials are created and executed in alignment with Starr Commonwealth’s branding standards.
- Maintain punctuality in all aspects of work, including attendance at meetings, trainings, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable understanding of trauma-informed, resilience-focused approaches.
Job Details:
- Annual Salary: $52,000 – $56,000.
