Responsibilities:
– Procure necessary bar supplies, monitor and manage inventory of wine, liquor, and beer, ensuring an adequate supply of glassware, while promptly informing management of any supply concerns or shortages.
– Take and fulfill patron orders, delivering an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks.
– Accurately verify the age of customers through identification, ensuring all alcoholic beverage service complies with applicable federal, state, local, and company regulations.
– Perform restocking and cleaning duties as directed, including side work associated with the opening and closing of the restaurant.
– Process payments, settle patron checks and tabs, and accurately document daily sales totals in the point of sale system.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
– Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
